About Claudia

Claudia B. Klein has worked for over 14 years in general management at an international level in multi-functional roles within different industries and as a Counselor. In her role as management trainer she is specialised in one-to-one employee training and subsequent team development.

Her main focus is on training in response to mergers, reorganisations and recruitment; as well as business culture and team-spirit-performance.

Because of her expert knowledge of physiognomy, she has an amazing insight into human nature, which allows her to fully comprehend the talents, abilities and make-up of each individual. As a trainer in empathy and organisation, she supports teams in improving communication, and clearly communicates how, with respect and consideration; it's possible to prevent certain tensions and conflicts from happening at all.

Her training involves teaching individuals to be aware of their own powers of perception and to use these for clarifying issues and solving problems. Participants appreciate the sensitive and competent way she imparts knowledge and expertise. Even when dealing with serious and stressful issues, she maintains an easy hand and healthy sense of humour. Both of which help her clients to untangle problems, step back from the situation and think in new directions.
