Working method
In her position as a Feldenkrais teacher and movement therapist, the focus of her work is on implementing the knowledge acquired through physical experiences into everyday life. Through access to one's own body, experiences and impressions gained throughout the whole training will be integrated immediately and thus experienced in a tangible way.
Her students particularly value the understandable and clear way in which she expresses physical occurrences. It provides them with a tangible, understandable tool that makes it possible for them to utilize what they have learned both on a physical and intellectual level.
Personal credo
"It is fascinating for me to see how the awareness of one's own body makes it possible to access one's own strength, which is then at the participant's disposal for use in everyday life. Feedback from my participants confirms this: they gain a new consciousness about themselves and the changes in their lives, dealing with many things becomes easier, challenges are handled in a better way."
