It is the capacity to be aware and to choose.
Through noticing our feelings, thoughts and responses to what is happening in our environment and using this information we can make an informed choice about what to do and what behaviour to adopt.
- This is a survival skill,
- a basic life skill,
- a basic business skill.
An organization is only as conscious as the level of awareness of each individual member and his or her ability to share their knowledge with other members.
